We are looking for highly motivated problem solvers with an enthusiastic approach to their work to join us in securing a successful future for the UK.

In DExEU, we attract the most capable minds needed to make history; by delivering Brexit and continuing our constructive relationship with the EU as friends and partners in facing the challenges that lie ahead.

We’re a small, exhilarating department focused on policy development and delivery. We offer Civil Servants early exposure to Ministers and senior officials; opportunities to develop critical expertise in our relationship with the EU; and provide a development offer for staff that is second to none.

We’re driven by our shared values, including our commitment to creating a fair and inclusive working environment. When you join us, you will experience the DExEU Difference, which brings to life our determination to support everyone to give their best; to use their time here to help develop their potential and, longer-term, to achieve their aspirations.

You won’t need specific policy or project management experience to join us – just the capacity to think laterally, analyse information critically, convey information clearly and work in partnership to achieve the best results for the country. You will become a part of a diverse group of people who have been selected from across Whitehall and beyond to make history.

We’re proud to offer a generous and wide-ranging benefits package, including varied time, part time, flexible or job share working arrangements – and these opportunities are open solely to those looking for flexible positions. This way, you can fulfil a challenging role while balancing your work and home life and enjoying the right support from your colleagues.
